Kimberly B. Rudis is responsible for overseeing Premier Self Storage at Greenfield and The Executive Offices at Greenfield.

 

Beginning her career in residential real estate, Ms. Rudis moved forward to manage residential brokerages before joining High Associates Ltd. in 2009 as manager of Premier Self Storage at Greenfield where she leads the marketing, staffing, and lease up of the new, 760-plus-unit, state-of-the-art storage facility. 

Ms. Rudis’ responsibilities expanded in 2011 to include management of the Executive Offices at Greenfield. In this role, Ms. Rudis is responsible for the daily management of the more than three dozen, private, for-lease offices including staffing, marketing and leasing.
